Rohit Shetty's "Welcome 2 Karachi" is a film that mistakes loudness for humor and chaos for entertainment—a catastrophic misjudgment that wastes a potentially interesting premise. Two bumbling Indians accidentally landing in Karachi could've been darkly comedic gold, but instead, we get a tedious parade of slapstick that mistakes shouting for wit.
