"Zameen Aasman" understands the architecture of this story, but the execution is frustratingly uneven. The first half moves with purpose, building tension through small tells and behavioral inconsistencies, and there are moments where you feel the paranoia creeping in alongside the protagonist. The problem is that the director relies too heavily on melodramatic music cues and heavy-handed editing to signal what should be subtly unsettling.
