Neela's story isn't new to Indian cinema, but what makes this film resonate is how intimately it captures that internal war: the guilt of wanting more, the shame of prioritizing yourself, the terror that loving someone means betraying everyone else. The director understands this emotional landscape deeply, and it shows in scenes where Neela's face tells us everything—the exhaustion, the longing, the impossible choices. Storyline
Neela's got her whole family on her shoulders—working as an air hostess while her gambling-addicted father spirals into debt and unemployment, leaving her as the sole breadwinner for her younger siblings.
