There's a rawness to *Mard Ki Zabaan* that speaks to something deeply human—the way poverty, pride, and powerlessness can destroy entire families. The film doesn't shy away from its tragedy; it drowns in it. Ram's death, Laxman's imprisonment, the separation of mother and child—these aren't plot devices here, they're wounds that bleed through every frame. What's frustrating, though, is that director seems more interested in the spectacle of revenge than in truly exploring the moral weight of Laxman's choices. There are glimmers of something more profound here—questions about whether Laxman has become the very thing that destroyed him, whether violence truly heals or just perpetuates cycles of trauma. But the film doesn't sit long enough with these questions. Still, there's undeniable power in watching a broken
