Review
Rajshree Thakur and Armaan Jain have genuine chemistry, which is frankly the only thing keeping this film from complete collapse. Their performances carry an earnestness that the material doesn't deserve—they're trying hard to make us believe in a love story that the script itself seems unsure about. Pum Pum Kataria's direction is painfully pedestrian, treating what could've been a spirited road-romance like a TV movie stretched thin across two hours. The "best friends to lovers" arc is executed with all the subtlety of a sledgehammer, and the constant family chase sequences feel repetitive and exhausting rather than endearing.
The film's central problem is tone-deafness masquerading as romance. Two teenagers running away, getting married in haste, losing a puppy in the jungle, and splitting up—these beats should either be darkly comic or deeply tragic, but instead they're presented as casually quirky. The jungle sequence is particularly baffling; Jerry's disappearance should carry emotional weight but instead feels like a plot contrivance inserted because someone realized the narrative was sagging. By the time they separate and return home, you're left wondering what exactly we were supposed to take away from this mess. It's not charming, it's not insightful, and it's certainly not compelling enough to justify its runtime.

Storyline
So basically, Dino and Karishma are these super close best friends who everyone keeps saying should totally be together, but they're just not having it. Then Karishma's dad tries to set her up with some guy named Mahesh, and suddenly both of them have this huge realization that they're actually meant for each other. They decide to run away together and even pick up this adorable stray puppy they name Jerry along the way.
Their escape plan starts off pretty smooth, but then their families begin hunting them down like crazy, which creates all sorts of chaos. They bounce around to different cities trying to stay ahead of their parents and Mahesh, and things get pretty intense. Along the way, they decide to get married even though they're super young, which turns out to be a questionable decision that leads to some real trouble down the line.
During their journey, things start falling apart between them. They end up in a jungle, start fighting and blaming each other for their problems, and in the heat of the moment they lose poor Jerry. The whole situation becomes too much for them, and they eventually decide to go their separate ways and head back home. Their parents aren't exactly thrilled when they return, and both of them try to rebuild their lives apart from each other.
