Storyline
So basically, this sequel takes place seven years after everything that went down in the first movie. Sakshi has built a life with her daughter Ishani and Inspector Samar, but there's this heartbreaking catch — Ishani has this rare condition where sunlight is actually dangerous to her, though it's kind of a protective thing to keep evil forces away from her. Things go south pretty quickly when some creepy villagers connected to Sakshi's past kidnap Ishani, forcing our main characters to head back to that terrifying village they thought they'd left behind.
When Sakshi and Samar return to rescue Ishani, they find themselves facing off against some seriously dark stuff — there's this shape-shifting priestess character running the show along with a bunch of power-hungry elders who are into some disturbing rituals and practices. The village has all these hidden underground areas where young girls are being held captive, which is absolutely chilling. Throughout their search, Sakshi encounters other victims and learns just how twisted this cult operation really is.
The rescue mission turns into this intense supernatural showdown where Sakshi has to dig deep within herself to fight back against the forces threatening her daughter. There are multiple enemies closing in from all sides, and Sakshi discovers she's got some unexpected spiritual allies helping her along the way.
