Storyline
An aspiring filmmaker receives an assignment to develop a hard-hitting crime narrative for her producer's next project. Seeking authenticity, she decides to base her story on a real criminal—the infamous and scarred gangster Bachchhan Paandey who operates in the town of Baghwa. What begins as research for a script becomes a dangerous game when she crosses paths with the violent underworld figure and his unpredictable associates.
The director enlists her childhood friend to help gather material about the gangster by getting close to his inner circle. They attempt to extract information from one of Paandey's operatives through covert means, but their scheme unravels when rival criminal elements become involved. The pair's surveillance operation goes sideways, and they find themselves directly in the crosshairs of Paandey's deadly organization.
Rather than eliminating them outright, the ruthless criminal strikes an unexpected bargain with the filmmaker—he will allow them to live if he gets to star in her film as the lead character. Faced with no choice, she agrees to let him tell his own story, setting the stage for a volatile collaboration that blurs the lines between filmmaking and genuine danger.
