A newlywed couple's intimate recording becomes the target of a home invasion in this 1997-set comedy. After their honeymoon in Goa, Vicky and Vidya return to Rishikesh only to discover their home has been burglarized—and the disc containing their private moment is among the stolen items. Desperate to recover it before his wife realizes what happened, Vicky embarks on a chaotic quest through the city's underground markets and shady dealings.

The investigation takes an absurd turn when a bumbling police inspector arrives on the scene, more interested in pursuing Vicky's promiscuous sister than solving the case. Meanwhile, Vicky's attempts to locate the missing disc lead him through various misadventures, including encounters with petty criminals and suspicious characters at local flea markets. His growing anxiety about the truth coming out puts his newfound marriage under increasing strain.

As Vidya grows increasingly suspicious of Vicky's evasive behavior and repeated excuses, tensions escalate between the couple.
