Sneha Kapoor's Review:

"Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena" attempts to juggle the heist-thriller formula with romantic entanglement, but the execution feels scattered and derivative. The premise—a con artist assembling a crew under duress—borrows liberally from *Ocean's Eleven* and *Dhoom*, yet lacks the narrative precision of either. The film's biggest strength lies in the dynamic between Arjun and Natasha; their cat-and-mouse game crackles with genuine chemistry, and the reversal where she turns hunter becomes the most compelling thread. However, the direction fumbles the pacing considerably. The heist sequences lack tension, the twists feel telegraphed rather than organic, and Jehangir Khan's introduction as a antagonistic force arrives too late to genuinely disrupt the momentum. The screenplay tries to add layers of personal revenge and redemption, but these themes remain surface-level, never quite earning the emotional weight they're reaching for.

The performances carry the film where the writing falters. The lead pair demonstrates capable chemistry, though they're often let down by stilted dialogue and inconsistent character motivation. The supporting cast—particularly those in the crew—feels underutilized, reduced to functional roles rather than memorable characters. The director, working within their typical genre comfort zone, doesn't elevate the material beyond its derivative bones. The film exists in that frustrating middle ground: too earnest for a fun romp, too convoluted

Storyline

So basically, this movie's about two best buddies, Arjun and Rohit, who make their living by pulling off cons and scams on unsuspecting rich people. They pull off this massive heist where they manage to steal a ton of money from some powerful don's accountant. But things go downhill fast when Rohit gets killed because of this, forcing Arjun to run away and hide in another city.

Once Arjun gets tracked down by the bad guys, he's in serious trouble—they're demanding he pay back every last rupee he stole plus interest, or he's basically done for. So he decides to gather a crew of skilled people who can help him pull off an even bigger operation to get the cash. Among them is Natasha, a psychiatrist who initially gets duped by the group but then turns the tables and tries to get even with them.

Everything gets more complicated when this guy named Jehangir Khan shows up and starts messing with Arjun's plans left and right. There's way more to the story than meets the eye though, since Arjun's got his own hidden motives about settling a personal score. Without spoiling what actually goes down, let's just say things work out in a pretty interesting way that brings together romance, revenge, and redemption in unexpected ways.
