Storyline
So basically there's this girl in London who's completely fallen for this guy, like way more than he realizes. Meanwhile, in what feels like a totally separate world, there's another guy who's equally obsessed with some girl. It's this whole setup where both of them are chasing people who don't necessarily want to be chased, you know?
What gets wild is that both relationships are kind of weighed down by all this heavy stuff—family expectations, caste issues, religious differences, class problems. Like, it's not just about two people liking each other; there's all this external pressure making everything feel impossible. The film keeps cutting between these two storylines and you're just waiting to see how they're connected.
This character called DJ Mohabbat is basically narrating the whole thing, and he's got this perspective on love that's both musical and kinda mystical. There are legitimate coincidences that keep popping up that make you wonder if these two doomed love stories are actually meant to collide somehow. The whole vibe is melancholic but oddly compelling.
