Vinod Mehra was one of Bollywood's most prolific actors, appearing in over 100 films during his active career from 1971 until his untimely death in 1990. Starting as a child actor back in the mid-1950s, he made his mark as an adult performer throughout the 1970s and 80s, becoming a fixture in Hindi cinema during a golden era of filmmaking.
